And here we are, the third generation of crazy craftsmen for ice cream, horchata and nougat. From our origins in Xixona to Badalona, where our parents settled to continue with the family tradition. Thus, little by little, we went from a small store in the center of Badalona to open a workshop for the artisanal manufacture of ice cream and horchata. 

And it is that if the first generation knew how to transmit all the tradition and values of a product that they knew well. The third, with Carles Soler and Indiana Mans in charge of the Artesans Soler workshop, we have managed to maintain the essence of this sweet craft, evolve and innovate this legacy to give it a differential plus and make our madness go as far as possible.
