For Artesans Soler, nougat is a family affair. More than a tradition, it's an obsession. That's why we limit production, to guarantee that our nougat lives up to its name. In September, we select the almonds and 100% local honey, along with rosemary or orange blossom. Then, we wait until November and December for our artisans to craft the nougat, ensuring it arrives freshly made for Christmas.
